Contract Renewal

The deadline has passed for returning the contract renewal document

Please send the document back to the management by post, even if the return date has passed. You do not need to contact us if the document will arrive before the end of your contract (the date is printed on the document). If not, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center after sending the document.

If you have lost the document, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

Tenants with individual contract can renew the contract via our app 『ruum』. If you successfully renewed online, there is no need to send back the document.
