I would like to install internet in my apartment

■If the service provider needs to make holes or screw something on the walls, please tell the provider to contact E-heya Support Center (only Japanese, open 24/7):

 *In some cases, the residents are responsible for repair fees of those damages at the time of move-out.

■The wiring work can be performed without permission from the management company if there will be no “making holes” nor “screwing.” The provider is allowed to use the existing holes made for A/C ducts, telephone wirings, and electrical wirings. *Please ask the technicians to be careful of damaging the walls.
To unlock the MDF box of your building, the advance notice is needed by contacting Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
