Is there fiber optic outlet installed?

Please check if your apartment has "Optical internet wiring and an outlet" installed.
If there is no "internet outlet", the residents need to have the wiring installed by the service provider.

If the service provider needs to make holes or screw something on the walls, please tell the provider to contact E-heya Support Center (only Japanese, open 24/7):
