Please close the valve of the water pipe located beside your toilet tank. You can close/open the valve to stop the water supply by using a flat-blade screwdriver or a coin. After that, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center for a repair.

For your information, the structure of a toilet tank is shown in the picture below, and the leakage is mainly caused by the malfunction of a rubber valve or a floating ball inside the water tank. Putting toilet cleaner and/or water-saving materials inside the tank may cause the malfunction. Removing them may also cause another malfunction. If we find out the water leakage is caused by these actions, the management will charge you its restoration fee. Please be careful when using toilet cleaning or water-saving products.
