Do you have visitor parking? (Welcome Park)

We have an hourly parking service for residents called “Welcome Park”. This is useful when you want to temporary use the parking of your apartment.
For further information please refer to Welcome Park Website (Japanese Only).

※ Depending on the apartment and situation, this service may not be available. If so, please use a coin-operated parking nearby.
※ Registration is needed to use our app “ruum”. Please refer to this.

<How to check if your apartment has Welcome Park >
① Log in “ ruum ” and from My Room, choose Various Procedures(各種手続き).
② If “Welcome Park” (ウェルカムパーク) is indicated there, the apartment has this service.
※If not indicated even after you move in, the apartment does not have this service.
