If you are using the residents' app "ruum", please access the "Foreign Language Site" from the app for smooth access.
After logging in to "ruum", tap the human-shaped icon at the upper right and tap “Languages”. Select a language from the list and click "For Inquiries" to contact us.
▶ You need to register your apartment before sending inquiries from the “Foreign Language Website”. See the link of “How to register”.
▶ After you register your apartment, you can also access “Rent payment details”, “Renewing contract”, etc., from the “ruum” app.
▶ Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center if you have difficulty logging into “ruum”.
