Parking certificate

I need a “Parking Certificate (Parking Space Usage Consent)”

Please inquire at your local police station first because some local police accept your “Apartment’s Lease Contract” instead of “Parking Space Usage Consent.” 
※It is applicable only when the vehicle owner and the person who signed the lease contract are the same. 

＜How to apply＞

※Also for representatives. (Car dealers / Administrative scriveners)
※For parking lots of storage buildings, factories, and office buildings, please visit our local office of Daito Kentaku Partners. Click here to find your local office. 

＜Procedures＞

①Register “Username” at Parking Certificate Website.
※Choose your language from the [Language] menu at upper-right corner.
※If your name exceeds 20 letters including spaces, the website cannot accept your application. Contact your local management office via  Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center in that case.

②For the “Handling fee,” please follow the link in the text message (SMS) and accept the amount after logging in to “My page.”
※The fee incurs only after you accept the amount. It is not possible to cancel your application after the approval.

③You will receive a “Parking Space Usage Consent” and a “Payment slip” separately via post.

④Please pay the fee at a convenience store using the payment slip as soon as you receive it.

Q. What is "Parking Space Usage Consent"? This document is required to register someone else's land as a parking space for your car when you buy or replace it. In some regions, you could use a copy of your “Lease Agreement” as a substitute of the “Parking Space Usage Consent.” We recommend that you check if your local police accept the substitution, first. Q. How much is the Handling Fee? It varies with each contract. The fee is indicated in your "Lease Agreement." You can also see the amount in “My Page” which the text message leads you after you apply for it from “Parking Certificate Website.” The fee incurs only after you accept the amount.
Q. How long does it take to receive the document? It usually takes about 2-5 days after you complete the application. ※Since, Japan Post stopped delivery on Saturdays from October 2021, it may take more than 5 days if there are Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays in between your expected delivery day. Q. I cannot log in to "Parking Certificate Website" for the first time. For the first time users, please register as a "User."
Q. I cannot log in, although I registered as a user before. Your user registration expires if you have not used the service for more than 90 days. Please register as a "User" again.
Q. I cannot receive the Text Message (SMS). Please check your telephone settings, or contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
