Rules & Manners

Consideration and prevention of loud lifestyle noises

There are a variety of unavoidable sounds produced in our daily lives. While some may consider these sounds rather enjoyable or nondisruptive, others may find them as unpleasant or noisy.
To prevent noise-related problems at the residence, we require your cooperation to instill healthy morals and good manners between tenants. It is also recommended to maintain a good relationship with your neighbors with daily communication. By doing so, it may prevent frustration/misunderstandings about the lifestyle noise.

<5 ways on how to prevent loud noise>
1. Be considerate about the time of the day.
2. Make sure the sound is not perceived from the outside.
3. Try to keep the volume down.
4. Choose low sound equipment.
5. Value your relationship with your neighbors.
