Problems with screen doors (insects coming in)
■Insects get in even when the screen door is closed.
If you open a door halfway, there will be a gap around the frames. That gap allows insects to come inside of your apartment.
・When using screen doors, glass doors must be fully opened to align the frames with each other.
・It is recommended to keep the screen door on your Right to prevent insects from coming in when opening and closing doors.

■Holes in the screen doors / Want to replace them
Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center for the repair of screen doors. Or, tenants may replace the screens themselves. In that case, please choose the screen color close to the current one.
※If the screen doors are damaged at the time of moving-out, tenants may be charged for the repair.
■Screen door is hard to open/close.
Please clean the dirt and debris in the rails of the door. If the movement doesn’t improve, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
■Screen door came off
Fit the screen door into the door frame in the order of top to bottom. If the wheels at the bottom of the screen door get in the way, push the wheels in upward. If it doesn’t work, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
■Defective roll screen door
If you cannot roll the screen up/down, or it’s rolled in diagonally, please do not force it to operate. Those roll screens may need to be repaired by specialists.
