Move-out Fee

Can I move out before my contract expire? / Is there any penalty fees?

No penalty fee will be charged, even if you move out before the expiration date of your contract.
※If there are any special provisions in the contract, the contents of the contract will be prioritized.

■Residential purpose (contract period: 2 years)

For residential apartments, it’s required to apply for move-out at least one month prior to the contract termination date.
*Depending on the details of your contract, the contract may expire at the end of the following month. Please check the Special Provisions Section of your "Lease Contract”.

■Business purpose (contract period: 3 years)

For business purpose such as warehouses, factories, offices, and stores, a move-out application is required at least four months prior to the contract termination date.
*Penalty charges may apply depending on the contract. Please check the Special Provisions Section of your "Lease Contract”.

・Contract Cancellation for business purposes
