I need a “Parking Certificate (Parking Space Usage Consent)”


＜How to apply＞

※Representatives can apply as well (car dealers / administrative scriveners)
※For parking lots of storage buildings, factories, and office buildings, please contact your Daito Kentaku Partners’ office. 


＜Procedures＞

① Register “Username” at Parking Certificate Website.
※Choose your language from the [Language] menu at upper-right corner.
※If your name exceeds 21 letters including spaces, you can’t apply through the website. It is need to be issued at the management office, so please contact us via app in that case.

② You will receive a text message (SMS) for “handling fee” details. Check the amount and agree to the payment from “My page”
※The fee will be charged only after your agreement. It is not possible to cancel your application after the approval.

③On one hand, you will receive a “Parking Space Usage Consent” with its own parking location (layout) map and, separately, a payment slip via post.

④Please pay the fee at a convenience store using the payment slip as soon as you receive it.

Q. What is "Parking Space Usage Consent"?This document is required to apply for “Parking Certificate” (at police station) for your car when you buy or replace it.
Q. What is the difference between "Parking Certificate (shakoshoumei)" and "Parking Usage Consent"? ・"Parking Certificate" is issued by the police, and prove that you have a parking space. It is required when you register a car.
・"Parking Usage Consent" proves that you have the permission from the landlord to use the property as a parking space. It is required when you apply for “Parking Certificate”. As for the properties managed by Daito Kentaku, we will issue the documents on behalf of the property owners.
Q. How much is the Handling Fee? It varies with each contract. The fee is indicated in your "Lease Agreement." You can also see the amount in “My Page” which the text message leads you after you apply for it from “Parking Certificate Website.” The fee incurs only after you accept the amount.
Q. How long does it take to receive the document? It usually takes about 3-7 days after you complete the application. ※Since, Japan Post stopped delivery on Saturdays from October 2021, it may take more than 5 days if there are Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays in between your expected delivery day. Q. I cannot log in to "Parking Certificate Website" for the first time. For the first time users, please register as a "User."
Q. I cannot log in, although I registered as a user before. Your user registration expires if you have not used the service for more than 90 days. Please register as a "User" again.
Q. I cannot receive the Text Message (SMS). Please check your smartphone settings, or contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
Q. I didn’t receive/ I‘ve lost the payment slip / Payment deadline has passed Regarding the payment slip, please check directly with GMO Payment Service Co., Ltd.
