I need a “Parking Certificate (Parking Space Usage Consent)”

Apply from Parking Certificate Website. 
※Representatives can apply as well (car dealers / administrative scriveners)
※For storage buildings, factories, and office buildings contracts, please contact your Daito Kentaku Partners’ office. 


＜Procedures＞

① Register an account at Parking Certificate Website and apply online.
・Choose your language from the [Language] menu at upper-right corner.
・If your name exceeds 21 letters including spaces, you can’t apply through the website. It is need to be issued at the management office, so please contact us via app in that case.

② Handling fee agreement
You will receive a text message (SMS) for “handling fee” details. Check the amount and agree to the payment from “My page”
・The fee will be charged only after your agreement. It is not possible to cancel your application after the approval.

③ Receipt of the documents
On one hand, you will receive a “Parking Space Usage Consent” with its own parking location (layout) map and, separately, a payment slip via post.

④ Handling fee payment
Please pay the fee at a convenience store using the payment slip as soon as you receive it.


Q. What is "Parking Space Usage Consent"? What is the difference with a "Parking Certificate (shakoshoumei)"? ・"Parking Usage Consent" proves that you have the permission from the landlord to use the property as a parking space. It is required when you apply for “Parking Certificate”. As for the properties managed by Daito Kentaku, we will issue the documents on behalf of the property owners. 
・"Parking Certificate" is issued by the police, and prove that you have a parking space. It is required when you register a car.
Q. How much is the Handling Fee?It varies with each contract. The fee is indicated in your "Lease Agreement." You can also see the amount in “My Page” which the text message leads you after you apply for it from “Parking Certificate Website.” The fee incurs only after you accept the amount.
Q. How long does it take to receive the document?It usually takes about 3-7 days after you complete the application.
※Once you complete the online application, it would be sent only after the agreement for the handling fee that you will receive by text message. Please don't forget to agree the fee amount.
Q. Which documents will be delivered? Will I receive the location layout map?On one hand, you will receive a “Parking Space Usage Consent” with its own parking location (layout) map and, separately, a payment slip via post.
Q. I cannot log in to "Parking Certificate Website" for the first time.・For the first time users, please register an "User."
・If you don't remember your password, tap "I forgot my password" and reset it to be able to log-in.
Q. I cannot log in, although I registered as an user before. Your user registration expires if you have not used the service for more than 90 days. Please register as a "User" again.
Q. I cannot receive the Text Message (SMS). Please check your smartphone settings and spam folder, or contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
Q. I don't know my parking spot number Please check the “Parking spot” section of the lease agreement provided at the time of contract.
Q. I didn’t receive/ I‘ve lost the payment slip / Payment deadline has passed Regarding the payment slip, please check directly with GMO Payment Service Co., Ltd.
