Am I allowed to do some gardening on my balcony?/About planting and Pruning

-The balconies serve as escape routes in case of emergency (fire, etc.). 
Therefore, please refrain from placing potted plants, etc. on the balconies.

-Please refrain from cutting, pulling out trees, picking flowers, etc. on the property. 
Additionally, please do not plant flowers or other plants in the flowerbeds or any common areas.

-Pruning of plants is carried out by the management company. 
Please check the maintenance plan on the building’s bulletin board for the pruning schedule.
