A clogged drain hose on the outside unit may cause water leakage from your A/C. Shaking the drain hose gently and/or cleaning it could resolve the problem.

It is highly recommended to test your A/C as the seasons change. Especially in summer and winter, there is a high volume of A/C repair requests that makes it difficult to make a prompt appointment.
