Rent Payment Date / Statement

① Automatic Direct Debit
  • Monthly rent must be prepaid.
  • The withdrawal date is either on 26th or 27th of every month. Check your apartment lease contract to find out your withdrawal date.*
  • Preparing the required amount in your account at least one day before your withdrawal date is highly suggested.**

Example: The rent of May is withdrawn on April 26 or 27.

*The withdrawal date cannot be changed. The withdrawal date on the apartment lease contract shall prevail if not 26 nor 27.
**The transaction takes place on the next business day (weekday) if the withdrawal date falls on weekends or national holidays.

② Credit Card Payment
  • Monthly rent must be prepaid.
  • The settlement date falls on 11th -15th of every month.*
  • The settlement date and the withdrawal date are determined by a credit card company; these dates vary from customer to customer. Please check them with your card company.**


*We have no control in changing the settlement date.
**For credit card payment, the settlement date and the withdrawal date from your bank account may differ.

③ Itemized Statement
You may check your payment details in [ご利用明細 (Usage Details)] of “ruum". This online itemized statement service is only available for our tenants.
