How to renew my contract

The renewal procedure for individual contracts can be completed via our app, our webpage, or in writing.

■Renewal through “ruum” / webpage

To renew your contract via “ruum” or our webpage, you need to register your apartment in the first place.

① If you have already registered your apartment, you will be informed by a notice in the app and an email three months before the end of the contract. After receiving them, you may confirm the details of the contract and fill out the required information. (Renewal procedure can be completed in about 5 minutes.)

② If you have not registered your “ruum” account, please create your own account first. Then, you can register your apartment and proceed to renewal your contract online.

■ Corporate Contracts / In writing renewal

Renewal agreement will be sent by post two to three months before the end of the contract. Please fill out the required information, stamp your name seal, and return it to the management office by the due date using the enclosed envelope.
