How to fill in the lease renewal form

Please prepare your lease renewal form and fill in the necessary information by referring to the following translation file.

・Download the English version of the lease renewal form

*Please fill in the required information and seal it. Return the consent letter in a return-envelop before the indicated deadline.

* Lessees who have individual contracts can also renew via the “ruum” app or website. Those who already completed the procedure online do not need to return the renewal document.
