① If you have signed with “Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance” via Daito Kentaku Group

・If you have an automatic annual renewal contract, no procedure is required. You will receive a renewal notice when your contract is automatically renewed. Most of the tenants have this type of contract.

・Renewal forms will be sent 2 months prior to expiration when necessary.

When you do not receive this, please contact Property Insurance Center (0570-003-357 Weekdays 9:30 - 17:30).

② If you have signed “House Guard Insurance” provided by Daito Kentaku Group

Renewal forms will be sent 2 months prior to expiration.

The contract will be renewed by the same contents if the policyholder does not notify House Guard 1 month prior to expiration. Please pay your insurance fee by the due date.

③ If you signed with any other insurance company.

Contact the real estate agent or insurance company you have applied to.
