※※If you see a 7-digit number, please add “0” at the beginning if you would like to apply for “Various Procedures(各種お手続き)“, such as Termination of the Contract. If you have signed the contract electronically (online), please check the PDF data from the link sent to you by e-mail at the time of signing the contract.
■If you have registered your apartment with our app "ruum", go to "My Room" page, and tap [お住まいの情報・連絡先 (Apartment Info./Contact Info.)] to see your contract number.
