I have lost my apartment key

During Tenancy/Unlocking Request

In case you lose your apartment key, an unlocking service, such as ”locksmith” must handle the issue. Our company nor the building owner does not keep any spare-key in order to protect tenant’s privacy and safety.

■Customers eligible for “Support 24” or “24 Hour Support”:
The residents eligible for either of the programs can use the unlocking service with no charge. Contact our staff at  Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

・“Support 24” is a program for DK SELECT members who applied for the apartment prior to 11/08/2021.
・“24 Hour Support” is a program for members who applied for the apartment on 11/08/2021 or later.

*To provide the “unlocking service”, an official photo ID with your current address must be presented. Without the ID, we will not be able to provide the service. 
*Some fees may apply under certain circumstances. Please contact  Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

■For non-members of above programs:
Please call an “unlocking service” by yourself.
Please check with your fire insurance if it covers “unlocking service.”

Missing Keys at the Time of Moving-out 

At the time of moving out, all your keys (3 blues and 1 yellow) need to be returned.
The lost keys may be charged for replacement.
Please verify the special clauses on your lease contract.
・The fee will be charged combined with other move-out fees.
・No refunds will be made if the missing keys are found at a later date.
・Please send back one blue key in case you have lost the yellow key and cannot return it by mail.
