How to order your duplicate keys

Those who have Daito’s Memory keys [which have blue key grips with marks of Opnus (MEMORY)] can order duplicate keys via the “ruum“ app. (Fee applies)
*To order them via “ruum,” registration of your apartment unit and the key number are needed.

■Fees:
<Normal Keys>
2,580 JPY (tax & postage included) for the initial key
For the second and more, 1,650 JPY (tax included) per key will be added.

<Keys with IC Chips>
4,230 JPY (tax & postage included) for the initial key.
For the second and more, 3,300 JPY (tax included) per key will be added.

※Please see the total price shown on the order form.

■Delivery date 
Either kind of keys will be delivered in as early as 10 business days. Delivery date can be specified.
