How to order your duplicate keys

For Residents Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Those who have Daito’s memory keys [with a blue grip and “Opnus (MEMORY)” written on it] can order duplicate keys via the "ruum" app. (Fee applies)

*To place an order through "ruum", you will need to register your apartment unit and provide the key number.

■Fees:

First key: 2,580 JPY (tax & shipping included)

For each additional key from the second key onwards, 1,650JPY (tax included) will be added to the price of one key.

First key: 4,230 JPY (tax & shipping included)

For each additional key from the second key onwards, 3,300 JPY (tax included) will be added to the price of one key.

■Delivery date

Both orders will be delivered within a minimum of 10 business days from the date of order. Delivery date can be specified.
