What is Daito Kentaku’s "Utilities Information Center?"

This is the information desk for the residents of the apartments managed by us, to start utility services. The center provides you with the information over the phone to start the utility services such as electricity, gas, water, internet, etc.

■When moving in:
The number you receive a return call from will be different depending on the region you are living in.

For those who requested assistance at the time of submitting their move-out application, we will provide guidance over the phone regarding the procedures for discontinuing services such as electricity, gas, water, and internet for the apartment being vacated.

Please note that the phone number from which you will receive the call may vary depending on the prefecture in which you reside.
