Do you accept a “debit card” to pay my rent and the initial cost of the contract?

■About rent payment

Please inquire your debit card company directly because each debit card with international brand such as VISA, MASTERS, JCB, etc. has different terms and conditions.
※“J-Debit which it is settled by a bank cash card” is not accepted for rent payment.

■Payment of the initial costs

We accept debit cards with international brands, such as VISA, MASTER, JCB, etc.
※“J-Debit which it is settled by a bank cash card” is accepted ONLY when you apply for an apartment at Daito Kentaku Leasing Stores.
