Fire equipment inspection/Residential fire alarm

■The fire alarm went off with no actual fire.
Please make sure if smoke or steam from cooking or aerosol spray is causing the fire alarm to go off. You can stop the alarm by pressing the button or pulling the string on the alarm. Once the cause of the problem is cleared, the alarm will stop.

In some cases, it emits sound to notify the battery replacement. With this case also, pressing the button or pulling the string will pause the alarm.

We will arrange the replacement of the fire alarm or battery.  Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

■Fire equipment inspection
By the amendment of Fire Service Act in 2009, inspections and reports are mandatory. Unlike the water or electricity, fire equipment is not used daily, thus, the periodical inspection is required to detect any malfunctions. If the equipment does not activate properly in case of a fire, the disaster can be severe. When you receive a notification, please co-operate with us to inspect or replace the equipment.
