Move-out Procedure

Can be present at the move-out inspection someone who is not the lessee? / Is it possible to schedule it on weekends and holidays?

■Can be present at the inspection someone different from the lessee?
If the contractor agrees to do so, relatives or roommates, etc., may attend the inspection. The person who attends on behalf of the contractor should agree and understand about the move-out fees.

■Can we schedule a move-out inspection on weekends or national holidays?
Inspection can be conducted on weekdays, during daylight hours (around 10:00 to 16:00).

If you do not wish to attend the inspection, please select “no inspection attending (立会不要)” while applying from the move-out website.
※Due to the contents of your contract, you may have to be present for the inspection. In this case, “no inspection attending” option will not be displayed.
