Use of Balconies and Passageways

(1) Poor or Clogged Drainage at your Balcony
To prevent poor drainage during heavy rain or heavy snow, please remove any garbage, leaves, etc. from the balcony's drainage on a regular basis. If water accumulates or doesn't drain properly even after removing waste from the drain, or water leaks from the upper floor, please contact the Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center

(2) No Personal Belongings at Common Areas
DO NOT leave your spare tires, storage boxes, trash, and other personal belongings at common areas as well as balconies. The common areas and your balcony serve as emergency exits in case of fire, earthquakes, and other emergency situations. 

(3) No Fire at Common Areas
No BBQ and Fireworks in the property as the smoke and smell can disturb your neighbors. Furthermore, these activities could cause a fire. Thus, they all are against the rules.

(4) No Spraying Water at your Balcony nor hallways
A water leak may occur if you spray water to clean your entrance, balcony, and passageways. Swimming Pools are not allowed at your balcony.
