Move-out Procedure

When should I apply for moving-out? / Earliest termination date

・Residential Apartments: at least a month prior to the move-out date
・Storages & Shops: at least 4 months prior to the move-out date 

Please apply for moving out during the period mentioned above.

■Earliest termination date: 
If the application date is the last day of the month, the termination date is the last day of the next month.
① Application date: Feb. 1st – Termination date: Mar. 1st onwards
② Application date: Feb. 15th– Termination date: Mar. 15th onwards
③ Application date: Feb. 28th – Termination date: Mar. 31st onwards
