Manners for Using the Parking Lot

(1) No Parking at Common Areas.*

Please park your vehicles ONLY within the lines of your authorized spot. If unauthorized vehicles are found, they will be warned and reported to the local police in some cases.

*In case you find an unauthorized vehicle, please report the “License Number” and the “Model” of the vehicle to Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center. The management office can distribute “Notice” to residents of the apartment. However, the management office is unable to tow the unauthorized vehicle away.


(2) Not for Other Purpose

Parking lots MAY NOT be used for any purpose other than parking. Gatherings, BBQs, Fireworks, and using it as a Kids-Playground are NOT allowed as those activities can be causes of troubles. Also, no idling for long time.


(3) Loading and Unloading

If you need to park your vehicle at common area for loading/unloading at the time of moving, place a memo with your phone number inside of windshield. Then, move the vehicle as soon as you finish loading/unloading.


(4) Visitors Parking

A visitors parking service “Welcome Park” is available at many of apartments managed by Daito Kentaku Partners. To apply for the parking service, apply from our online service platform “ruum”. Click here for further information about “ruum”.

***When ”Welcome Park” is not available at your apartment, please advise your visitors to use a pay-parking nearby. ***


(5) Accumulated Snow

When snow accumulates, please remove the snow by yourself.
