Move-out Fee

Move-out / Cleaning fees

■The final balance when moving-out
No payment is needed at the time of move-out inspection. Your final balance will be confirmed in about a month or so from the last day of the contract (transferred to the designated bank account)
*It may take more than one month for corporate contracts.
*Extra payment may be subject to apartment usage.

■Issue of move-out settlement statement or certificate:

・Those who have applied for contract termination online;
After your move-out process is finalized, the move-out statement will be shown on the website where you applied for contract cancellation. Surrender date is also included so you may use the statement as proof of move-out.
*It will usually take about a month after the contract termination date / It may even take longer for corporate contracts. A notification email will be sent to you when the statement becomes available online.

・Those who applied other than online;
Statement or certificate won’t be issued. Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center if needed. 

■Fixed cleaning fee / deposit

・If you have a fixed-rate cleaning plan, the basic restoration fee is included (repair fees for extra damages may apply)
・If you paid a security deposit at signing of your lease contract, the restoration fee will be deducted from the deposit.

*Please check your lease agreement for the amount of either cleaning fee / security deposit.
