Move-out Procedure

How to return the keys

The procedure differs depending on if you attend the move-out inspection or not.


■If you attend the move-out inspection:

Please return all the keys that you received upon moving in, to the staff during the inspection.


■If you do not wish to attend the move-out inspection:

①The management will send you the followings within one week after we receive your request to terminate the contract:

・Surrender of Tenancy Notice

・Mailbox seal decals

・Return envelope


② Please return the one yellow key and Surrender of Tenancy Notice using the return envelope enclosed, no later than a week after the receipt.

※Those who have electronic key system (OPELO key): No need to return any keys.  Please send back Surrender of Tenancy Notice only.

※Those who have keycard (e-heya Lock): Please return one keycard and Surrender of Tenancy Notice.



③ When you move out, please make sure you have nothing left behind, and all the windows are locked. After locking the apartment door from outside, please drop all the keys (except the ones you returned in ②) into the door slot.
・If you have other keys that you have received from us, such as a main entrance key, parking garage keys, etc., please drop them with other keys.

④Please put mailbox seal decals to the mailboxes you were using.
・If your apartment door does not have a mail slot, please make sure to seal your mailbox(es) in other location.
We ask for your cooperation to prevent misdelivered mails after all the move-out procedure.
