Storage room’s keys

If you’d like to use the storage room, we kindly ask you to provide your own key*.
Please use the storage room with your room number on it. 
No need to contact us to start using the room.

If you find any problem/malfunction, please contact us via application with a photo attached.

*If the door has a padlock, and you cannot find the key, please contact us via "ruum" app.
*Storage rooms are installed only in some buildings. 

Mailbox doesn't lock

The management office will check and make sure to take care of your request. Please contact us via the ruum app.
