Can I install additional equipment (dishwasher/ water filter/ induction cooktop/ baby safety gates etc.) in the apartment?

■Baby safety gates, tension rods, shelves, etc.
You can install them in your apartment. However, the scratches and holes in wallpapers need to be repaired at the time of moving out. When installing, we recommend using a method that avoids as much as possible any damages on the walls.

■Dishwasher / Water filter
You can install them. We ask the tenants to install, if necessary, any branch faucet, etc., by themselves, as well as uninstall them and restore the faucet to original condition before moving out. 

■Induction cooktop
Please check the following.

①If the existing 100V outlet can be used:
→ You can use an induction stove with the existing outlet.
②If the existing outlet cannot be used:
→Designated breaker box and outlet have to be installed.

If you plan to install them, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
※The buildings managed by our company come with 100V outlets as standard.
It is possible to have an electrician change over the voltage. However, it must be returned to the original state when you move out.
