Move-out Procedure

What should be left behind when vacating the room?

▼Facility & the equipment of your room

・A file holder with instruction manuals (some apartments may not apply)
・Ceiling lights that are originally provided before moving-in
・Air conditioners that are originally installed before moving-in.

※Please remove the air conditioners that you installed by yourself.
If you had the electricity company increase the voltage of the room for this installation, please contact them to reestablish the voltage. Please close the A/C sleeves with the lids (originally installed) to close up the wall holes.

▼Around washing machine

・Part of water supply ・・・・　faucet aerator
・Drainage part・・・・L-shaped connection pipe (elbow) installed at the drainage part of the washing machine place


▼Around the washstand

・Toothbrush holder originally installed

If you lost these facility and equipment mentioned above, we may charge you the actual expense. In case you don’t know what is originally installed, please read the "Important Issues Explanation" document that you received at the time of signing the contract, or contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

Please don’t turn off the circuit breaker when moving-out.
