Cancellation of parking contract

First, please contact us through the app. We will explain the procedure according to the content of your contract. 
Then, cancel your parking lot contract following the necessary steps. 
*Please note that the contract won't be cancelled just by contacting us. You still need to follow the procedure.

 *Some parking contracts are attached to apartment lease contracts that can’t be canceled individually. 
*If you have a key for “parking garage,” the key needs to be returned.
