Apart from pet-allowed residence, keeping pets such as dogs and cats in the property is prohibited. This includes temporary stay and/or visitors bringing pets to your place. Some quiet small birds and fish can be kept in the apartment.

*If there are any damages and deep stains to the apartment caused by keeping pets, the tenant will be responsible for the restoration fees.
