When you secure calendars and posters on your walls, using pushpins and staplers are acceptable.

In the following cases, you may be required to pay repair costs.

・ Using too many pushpins to secure calendars or posters.

・ Holes made by nails, screws, anchors, and such fasteners.

・ Contract has not fixed cleaning fee (either prepayment or deferred payment).*
