Q.This is my first time entering the apartment and I can’t unlock the door.
A. Please check the following:
① Is the password still valid?
The expiration date of the initial password is shown below the password. If the password has expired, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
② What kind of sound do you hear when you press 【*1#】?
・Piro riro sound(bleep-bloop): The password entered is incorrect. Please enter the correct password.
・Pee Pee Pee sound(beep-beep-beep): Please use a second or later password instead of the initial password.
③ If multiple incorrect passwords are entered consecutively, the tamper-resistant function will be activated. Please try again after about 5 minutes.
※If you are still unable to unlock the door after trying ①②③ above, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

Q. The door does not unlock after changing the password.
A. Please make sure to press the # key after entering the password. If the door still does not unlock or if you have forgotten the password, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
Q. OPELO plays the “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” melody or the button lights up red when unlocking
A. This means the batteries need to be replaced. Please follow the steps below to replace the batteries.
① Slide the battery cover upward to remove it.
② Remove all batteries.
③ Press the Open/Close button 3 times.
④ Insert new batteries and put the cover back on.
*4 alkaline AA batteries are required.
