Why is my rent higher than usual this month?

For the residents who applied for their apartments on or after August 1st, 2021, a renewal fee applies every two years. The fee will be charged along with your rent once the renewal procedure has concluded.
※The amount of renewal fee is indicated in your lease agreement.

■Payment for the renewal fee

① For Personal Contracts
・The fee is charged along with your rent once the renewal procedure has concluded.
・The timing of the fee charged depends on the date you renew the contract (before the 20th / on or after the 21st of the month prior to expiry).
※If you renew your contract through the app, the procedure will conclude on the next business day.
※If you renew your contract in writing, the procedure will conclude once the management office receives the document, on the next business day onwards.

② For Corporate Contracts
⇒After the contract renewal is completed, an invoice for the handling fee will be sent to the address on the renewal form.

※Besides the handling fee, the utility charges may be changed after the renewal if you pay the charges along with the monthly rent.
