■Debit date
① For automatic Direct Debit, the debit date for rent is either on 26th or 27th of each month. The withdrawal date differs depending on the contract details. Please check the payment due date (支払い期限) on your lease contract.
If it falls on Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the debit will be made on the next business day (weekday).
We recommend that you prepare the required amount in your bank account at least one day before your withdrawal date.
*If the settlement date stated in your contract is different from the above date, the date stated in the contract will prevail.
*The debit date cannot be changed.

② For credit card payment, the settlement date will be between 11th -15th of each month. The bank withdrawal date is determined by each credit card company; these dates vary from customer to customer. Please check with your credit card company.
