Repairs and cost for equipment provided at your residence

If any malfunction or damage occur to the equipment provided at your residence, our management company will either offer to repair it or dispatch a service technician onsite. Please contact us directly.

※If the damage/malfunction was caused due to intentional or negligent acts by the tenant, please note that the tenant may be responsible for the repair cost. 
※Apart from emergencies, if the tenant arranges any repairs on their own, the management company will not cover the cost. In addition, if repairs are made using parts or materials outside the regulations, restoration costs may be charged at the time of move-out.

Tenants can replace consumables such as light bulbs at their own expense without obtaining permission from the management.
