・The new contract needs to be made under the name of the person who is the contractor for the actual residence or the person who is registered on the "ruum" app as the contractor.

・It applies only to residents who actually live in one of the apartments managed by Daito Kentaku Partners. The actual residence and the new one may be under the same name.

・The contract period of the apartment to be vacated and the contract period of the new one to be contracted must be consecutive or may overlap.

■Short-term contracts 

For short-term stays, we offer monthly-type contracts. 

Everything necessary for your daily life, such as electrical appliances, furniture, curtains, and lighting, is already installed from day one.
