Change of Lessee

How can I change the name of lessee to another person?

■I want to change the name of lessee

- Change an individual name to a corporate name (such as a company where one works)
- Change an individual name to another individual (such as a family member or roommate)
- Change a corporate name to an individual name, etc.

Since the contract’s disclosure statement must be explained again, it is necessary to terminate the current contract and sign a new one.

*Please be aware that depending on the contents of the contract, we may not be able to change it.

■I want to change only the surname of the lessee

You can proceed with the change from “Various procedures” menu on our ruum app.

You are required to attach your previous and current ID (such as driver’s license), so please prepare them in advance.

■Change the contract name from a corporate name to another corporate name

- Change of corporate name or change due to a merger.
- Change of company housing agency ⇔ corporation, etc.
- Change of the actual tenant, etc.

*It takes approximately 40 to 50 days from the time the name change application form is sent until the procedure is completed. Please note that it may take longer if any of the submitted documents are incomplete or have any error.
