Changing Registered Info.

Change of registered information (family name, roommates, phone number, place of work, etc.)

Please make sure to inform the management company if there is any change in your registered information.
  • Change family name: click here for English instruction.
  • Add roommates, birth registration: click here for English instruction.

With a proof of the change, such as driver’s license, certificate of residence, etc., please process with the “ruum” app as follows; [My room] → [各種手続き (Various procedures)] → [性変更・同居人の追加手続き (Change family name / Add roommate)].
※These changes can be made only with the main member’s account (the one who signed the contract).

※Please click here for the instruction how to register on “ruum” app. 
※If you would like to delete a roommate information, please contact us through our “ruum” app.
