・The internet service has to be cancelled with removal of any installed devices (including any cables or wires connected through air conditioner duct). As cancellation and removal work may take time, we recommend contacting the internet provider as soon as you have decided moving-out.

・In some cases of removing devices, the technician needs to work inside your apartment. If you are unable to schedule the device removal work before your move-out day, we may ask you to postpone the termination date of contract, as we will not be able to attend the removal work on your behalf.
