How much should I pay for the last month’s rent?
The full amount of your monthly rent will be charged. However, the surplus daily rent could be refunded after you move out, only if there is any. The refund usually takes about a month.
*The refund may take more than one month for a corporate contract.
（Example）Move-out date (Termination date) = June 15th.
① In May, the full amount of your June rent will be charged.
② The contract ends on June 15th.
③ Around July 15, you will receive the refund, if there is any.
