How much should I pay for the last month’s rent?
・The full amount of your monthly rent will be charged. However, the surplus daily rent could be refunded after you move out, only if there is any. The refund usually takes about a month.
*The refund may take more than one month for a corporate contract.
（Example）Move-out date (Termination date) : June 15th.
① In May, the full amount of your June rent will be charged.
② The contract ends on June 15th.
③ If there is any daily rent refund, you will be refunded approximately within a month (July 15).

・It's required to apply for contract termination at least one month in advance.

・You may move out from the apartment before your termination date. However, please note that the rent will be charged until the last day (termination day)of your contract.
・The termination date cannot be shortened if it is less than one month from the application date.
