Cannot open/ use the delivery box

■How to open a delivery box (example)
① Confirm the 「Box Number」and「Unlock Code」 printed on your delivery notice.
② Enter the Unlock Code to the said Box with your parcel.
③ Turn its knob from 「LOCK」 to 「OPEN」 and take your parcel out.
④ Close the door, leaving the knob as 「OPEN」.

If the problem can’t be resolved after trying to open as indicated in the instructions written on the delivery box or checking the manufacture’s instruction manual, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.

■The box doesn’t open even by using the unlock code
If the unlock code that you received from your delivery company doesn’t work, please contact them to confirm the code first. If they cannot solve the problem, please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center with your 「Box Number」 and 「Unlock Code」.

■There is no vacancy in the delivery boxes
The management will confirm and take care of it. Please contact Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
