Hoｗ do I pay fire insurance fee?

① If you signed up with “Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance” via Daito Kentaku Group

Individual contract: Direct bank debit or credit card.

Corporate contract: Direct bank debit, credit card, convenience store slip, or bank transfer.

Please contact Daito Kentaku Leasing Store or General Insurance Center  (0570-003-357/ weekdays 10:00-12:30, 13:30-17:00) to change bank account or credit card information.

② If you signed up for “House Guard Insurance” of Daito Kentaku Group

Credit card, convenience store slip, and bank transfer are the available payment methods.


③  If you have enrolled in the Tenant Compensation Program (Renters insurance)　[入居者補償制度（賃貸住宅居住者総合保険）] through “Ruum Support”

The payment is made together with the rent for the applicable month.

④If you signed up with any other insurance company

Contact the agent or insurance company you have applied with.
