Credit Card

Do you accept a credit card for my rent payment?

Yes, you can pay your rent by credit card.
・This service is only for the tenants with “Joint Guarantor-Free plan.”
・This method may not be applied in some cases due to the conditions of the lease contract.
・Warehouse and store contracts are not applicable.

■Method 1.

To change payment method, please log in to our app “ruum,” then choose [各種手続き (Various procedures)] -> [お支払い情報変更(Change payment method)].
※Please visit the link to see how to register “ruum.”
※This procedure with “ruum” is available for the Primary Member (the person who signed the contract) only. Family members and commercial members can change the payment method of utility bills only.
※Tenants who haven’t paid the first rent after moving in cannot proceed with the change through our “ruum” app. Any inquiry regarding your first rent payment, please contact the office you signed your contract and ask the staff in charge. 

■Method 2.

If your mobile phone can receive text messages (SMS) from Japanese phone, we will send you the link of online procedure website. Please contact  Daito Kentaku Customer Support Center.
