Membership Service for Residents

About "ruum" app and its services

・Providing more convenient options for residents in our rental apartments. 

Upon registering a "ruum" account and having successfully registered your room details, you can use the app to make inquiries about your room, request various procedures, and also check payment details during your residency. In addition, there are English instructions available for some procedures, so you can use the application smoothly.

After logging into your ruum account, proceed to “Home” or “My Room” to review the menu for various procedures.
※If you haven’t yet registered your room details, please proceed to create your account/ register your apartment information.

■Inquiries regarding your apartment and its facilities 
If there is a problem at the apartment, you may submit an online inquiry via the app for further assistance.
・If you can speak and understand Japanese, the management staff can contact you directly. If so, please proceed to My Room>「お部屋に関する問い合わせ (Inquiry about apartment)」>「メールで問い合わせ(E-mail Inquiry Form)」 to process your request.



・If you cannot communicate/understand Japanese, you may reach out for English assistance on our multilingual customer support website. Please check here for further details.

■Confirm usage details/issuance of payment receipts



Aside from rent, if gas, water, etc., are metered and billed by the Daito Kentaku Group, it is possible to check the billing history on the app. Payment receipts can also be easily issued online. Please click here to learn how to check the billing history. 
※This can only be done through the main member’s account (the individual who signed the contract).

■Various procedures



Under the “My room” menu, you may change/update the registered payment method, add a roommate, or perform other procedures via the app. Please refer to the following links for further details on each procedure.

Change payment method (支払い方法変更)
Visitor Parking (来客用駐車場)
Parking Certificate [Parking Space Usage Consent] (車庫証明「保管場所使用承諾証明書」)
Move-out Request (退去申込み)
Family Name Change/Adding Roommates (姓変更・同居人追加)
Ordering spare keys (スペアキー注文) 
・Furthermore, when the renewal period is close by, you would be able to submit your contract renewal form via the app.
※Some procedures would be only available from the main member’s account (the individual who signed the contract).

■Others 

From “My room”, you can also review the online version of (1) Resident Information(住まいるインフォメーション), (2) Garbage Disposal Guide, (3) Room Instruction Manual, (4) Mailbox Lock Information (Japanese only). Please note, those documents have been provided upon signing the lease agreement.
