Want to know dial-lock numbers for my mailbox / Can’t open my mailbox
■How to find dial-lock numbers
The numbers are shown at upper-left of the document “Sumairu information 「住まいるインフォメーション」” which you received at signing your apartment lease contract.
＜How to find from website/app＞
Log in “ruum” and go to 「My room」＞「Housing Information/Contact Information」＞「Mailbox Dial-lock Info」.

■How to open／Dial operation
Turn the dial three times round clockwise to reset the lock.
(Example) If it says 「右に2回→5・左に1回→8」
① After resetting, set the dial to “0.” (Now, you are ready to start)
② Turn the dial clockwise to “5.”
③ Keep turning it clockwise to “5” again.
④ Turn the dial counterclockwise to “8.”
⑤ After opening the door and taking things out from the mailbox, turn the dial three times round clockwise to lock the door.
